Problems with your Account on the Forum?? Read this!

If you are having trouble logging into your account on the phaunt forum (and you had an existing account BEFORE 6/1/09) then there are a few steps you need to try. We installed amember which will help us with tracking subscriptions and affiliates. So we had to import everyone's usernames/emails to the new system and have it generate new passwords for you that overwrote your old VBulletin passwords.

IF YOU HAVE NOT LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT SINCE BEFORE 6/1/09.. TRY THIS:

• Go to http://www.phauntactions.com/amember/member.php and use the Lost Password? box to reset your password on the board AND on amember. Use the new password to log into the forum AND amember. This password will be used for both amember and vbulletin and if you need to change your password please do it via the amember link, NOT in vbulletin or you will end up with 2 different passwords.
• Use the new password for logging into the forum and amember and change your password/info if needed.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LOG IN SINCE 6/1 AND NOW ARE HAVING TROUBLE (i.e. unable to log in) TRY THIS:

• In order to fix the cookie problem we had to reset some things, so you will need to CLEAR your cookies in your browser and then restart your computer, then try logging into the forum again. If this does NOT work try resetting your password via tha link above AND restarting/clearing your cookies.

If neither of these steps work you can email me at info@phaunt.com and I will look at your account individually. Please try all these steps first before emailing as it may take a few days to get back to you with the volume of emails I get daily about forum stuff.
